Mr. Callahan's experience defending high exposure personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, and product liability matters allows him to advise clients on a wide range of issues and to foresee potential pitfalls and problems that could arise over the course of litigation.
Mr. Callahan has served as the lead litigator on large books of business involving lead poisoning, wrongful death, and labor law. He has developed and authored continuing education materials for insurance carriers. He actively engages with his clients to build internal litigation strategies and risk-mitigation protocols.
In addition, Mr. Callahan demonstrates leadership in his community through his long service on municipal and community boards, coaching athletics, and his primary role in the scouting program.
