Arthur Lash is a seasoned trial lawyer and litigation attorney who spent his nearly fifty-year career in New Jersey courtrooms. He has tried well over 100 cases to verdict in both state and federal court and has resolved thousands of cases through mediation and arbitration over his illustrious career.
An accomplished criminal lawyer, as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, Mr. Lash effortlessly transitioned to the civil bar many years ago and has successfully tried cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters, including personal injury actions, dram shop/social host liability, environmental contamination and Spill Act cases, construction site accidents, toxic tort matters, as well as commercial and business disputes. He has also argued numerous times before the New Jersey Appellate Division.
