Jia Zhang is passionate about utilizing her legal skills to secure the most desirable outcome for each client.

Ms. Zhang has experience counseling corporate entities and private clients in commercial disputes, transactional matters, and corporate governance issues. In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Ms. Zhang works closely with businesses in reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements, real estate contracts and leases, and government contracts. She approaches each legal issue with the utmost attention to detail, ensuring that client’s needs are met thoroughly and efficiently.

While in law school, Ms. Zhang served as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Stuart Rabner in the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Honorable Michael A. Shipp in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She also interned at the Cybersecurity Unit in the United States Attorney’s Office.

During her last year of law school, Ms. Zhang worked as a student attorney for the Civil Litigation Clinic at Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice, advocating for clients in housing-related consumer matters.

Ms. Zhang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
