Gina Apostolico brings more than twenty-five years of experience in defending insurance claims involving general liability, environmental, and complex construction defects. She represents businesses and individuals in high-stakes litigation at the trial level.

Ms. Apostolico’s practice as an experienced civil litigator includes representation of individuals and business entities in a wide range of disputes, focusing on premises liability, environmental, property damage, general liability, construction defect, real estate, and toxic and mass tort matters.

Ms. Apostolico works closely with insured individuals and entities in expeditiously resolving disputes. She brings to her cases a level of dedication and professionalism that her clients appreciate and her adversaries respect. She has extensive experience in handling matters on behalf of all types of commercial establishments, including restaurants, hair salons, construction companies, contractors, environmental engineering firms, retail stores, building owners, property management companies, and condominium and homeowners associations.

Ms. Apostolico is a member of the Essex County General Equity Early Settlement Panel, where she utilizes her years of experience to resolve complex and contentious matters swiftly and cost-effectively.

Ms. Apostolico also lectures routinely on various topics, including Obtaining, Using, and Admitting Social Media in Preparation for and During Trial; Lessons from Recent Top Jury Verdicts; and Ethical Issues Confronting the Insurance Industry Affecting Claims Organizations and Their Attorneys.

Ms. Apostolico has been a member of the Sparta Junior Woman’s Club for nearly two decades and has been instrumental in fundraising and distributing funds to local and national non-profit organizations each year.
