Steven Filko is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism while vigorously advocating for his clients’ interests.
Prior to joining O’Toole Scrivo, Mr. Filko served as a law clerk to Judge James B. Clark, III, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.
Previously, he interned with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office and the Hon. Randal C. Chiocca, P.J.Ch. in New Jersey Superior Court.
Through these experiences, he gained valuable insight into the inner workings of New Jersey courts at the federal and state level. He leverages this knowledge to provide clients tailored legal solutions and strategic counsel.
