Mr. Daniel has a diverse litigation practice, which focuses on complex commercial litigation, environmental litigation and site investigations, local government practice, and New Jersey appellate practice. As a litigator, Mr. Daniel represents corporate and individual clients, as well as public entities and officials, from pre-suit investigation through verdicts and appeals. Mr. Daniel has extensive experience with class-action litigation, consumer fraud claims, complex business disputes, mass torts, environmental litigation and site remediation, and appellate practice both at the state and federal levels.
Prior to joining O’Toole Scrivo, Mr. Daniel served as a law clerk to New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Anne M. Patterson for the 2013 through 2014 judicial term. Following his clerkship, Mr. Daniel was commercial litigator with a pre-eminent New Jersey law firm. Thereafter, Mr. Daniel worked as an environmental litigation associate with an AM Law 100 firm.
In 2010, Mr. Daniel graduated summa cum laude from Seton Hall University College of Arts and Sciences, where he obtained degrees in Political Science and Classical Studies, and completed the Seton Hall University Honors Program. In 2013, Mr. Daniel graduated summa cum laude from Seton Hall Law School, where he received the Chicago Title Insurance Award for Excellence in Real Property and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
