OS Partner Holly Schepisi will be a panelist at the “Round 4 and Municipalities: Perfect Together?” discussion of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Advanced Topics in Zoning XIV seminar on September 5, 2024. The panelists will discuss how towns respond to requests for residential rezoning, Vacant Log Adjustments and other environmental constraints, PILOTS, short-term density approvals to remove parcels from the Round 4 process, types of projects that appeal to municipalities, bonus credits under A-4, sites from prior rounds that remain undeveloped, and using the affordable housing trust funds to create inclusionary projects.
