OS is pleased to announce that Judge Thomas Moore has joined the Firm as a Partner after fifteen years of distinguished service as a Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Essex County. For the last six years, Judge Moore was the Presiding Judge of the Civil Division.

Judge Moore will lead the Firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice group, focusing on arbitration and mediation.
Judge Moore received a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
