Attorney, Land Use
O’Toole Scrivo, LLC is seeking a land use attorney with experience preparing land use applications, notices and resolutions, developer’s and redevelopment agreements, and litigating actions in lieu of prerogative writs. Knowledge of Mt. Laurel and affordable housing issues is beneficial, but not required. New Jersey bar admission is required, as well as excellent writing and communication skills. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
Attorney, Commercial Litigation
O’Toole Scrivo, LLC is also seeking an attorney with at least 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience. The position entails a broad range of commercial work, including business litigation, contract disputes, and business divorces. New Jersey bar admission is required; New York bar admission is preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills are required. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
