Sean Callahan has extensive litigation experience in various practice areas, including construction litigation, commercial litigation and general liability. Prior to joining O’Toole Scrivo, Sean’s practice was focused on representing insurance carriers and third party administrators in plaintiff-oriented insurance litigation, as well as product liability matters on behalf of manufacturers.
Casey Chamra’s practice focuses on mass tort and general liability matters. He represents a variety of businesses and individuals in defending complex claims with potentially high exposures. Following law school, Mr. Chamra served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County.
Joshua Lichtenstein has nearly 25 years of litigation experience. Mr. Lichtenstein’s practice focuses on toxic tort litigation. He represents businesses in high-stakes litigation and has significant trial experience. He is currently responsible for primary handling of complex asbestos and talc product liability actions pending in New Jersey and New York, including full trial preparation of numerous mesothelioma actions.
