OS Elevates Seven Attorneys in 2024

OS is pleased to announce the promotion of seven of its attorneys: five to Partner and two to Of Counsel.

 

The attorneys promoted to Partner are:

 

Nicole DeMuro concentrates her practice on labor and employment matters, drafts employment-related policies, and conducts investigations on behalf of employers, including those related to allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, conflicts of interest, and other alleged violations of internal rules and procedures. Additionally, she represents employers before federal and state courts and administrative agencies in employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and wage and hour claims. She earned a B.S., cum laude, from New York University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law.

 

Larry Green represents clients in professional liability, construction defect, New York Labor Law, products liability, toxic and mass tort, and general liability cases. He also defends professionals, including architects, engineers, insurance brokers, and attorneys. He received a B.S. from Florida State University and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami.

 

Franklin Paez focuses his practice on general liability matters. He represents residential and commercial property owners, corporations, contractors, public entities, and insurers in premises liability, automobile negligence, product liability, toxic tort, construction defect, construction accidents, and insurance coverage matters. He received a B.S. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law—Newark.

 

German Rozencranc concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation and general liability defense. He has resolved hundreds of cases on behalf of his clients and is committed to ensuring the cost-effective disposition of every matter he handles. He received a B.A., cum laude, from The College of New Jersey and his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law.

 

Kyle Vellutato focuses on complex commercial, financial services, and real estate litigation. He represents lenders, insurers, and financial institutions in business disputes, loan origination, servicing, and default litigation matters. He received a B.A. from Princeton University and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School.

 

The attorneys promoted to Of Counsel are:

 

Rosemarie Hebner defends all varieties of tort and environmental actions, including catastrophic injury cases, premises liability, construction accidents, oil spills, environmental discharges, and permit violations on behalf of the firm’s largest carrier clients, in addition to manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, professional contractors and consultants, and property owners. She also focuses on multijurisdictional defense strategies for clients facing PFAS claims regionally and nationally. She received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Villanova University, an M.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and her J.D. from Pace University School of Law.

 

Dennise Mejia focuses her practice on complex litigation and labor and employment. She handles cases involving general liability, strict liability, premises liability, automobile liability, mass toxic torts, and employment disciplinary matters. She earned a B.A. from Saint Peter’s College and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
