The Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage, has selected Managing Partner Kevin J. O’Toole to be the Keynote Speaker for its annual Law Day observance on Tuesday, May 8, 2018.
This year’s Law Day program will examine the Constitution’s principles of separation of power and checks and balances to preserve political liberty and provide a framework for freedom. Assignment Judge Lisa P. Thornton, A.J.S.C. will preside over the ceremony and Kevin will deliver the Keynote address. Kevin’s speech will highlight the principles of separation and balance of power between our branches of government reflecting upon his unique experiences working across several branches of government.
The program will begin at 4:00 PM in the General Equity Courtroom at the Hall of Records, located at One East Main St. in Freehold, New Jersey.
