Maggie Delany is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Ms. Delany received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of law. During law school, Ms. Delany served on the Moot Court Board and participated in the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice, Family Law Clinic.
Prior to joining O’Toole Scrivo, Ms. Delany served as the judicial law clerk to the Hon. Robert H. Gardner, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, Law Division.
