Ms. Lombardy’s focus is in the area of toxic and mass tort litigation with an emphasis on asbestos and cosmetic talc product liability actions. She oversees all aspects of this litigation from motion filing and expert retention to trial preparation and settlement negotiations, and she works closely with both national counsel and corporate clients to implement their global litigation strategies. Additionally, Ms. Lombardy works with clients to draft workplace anti-harassment and discrimination policies and prepares and delivers anti-harassment and discrimination seminars to employees.

Prior to entering law school, Ms. Lombardy served in the Office of the Majority Staff Director for United States Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee and served as the Assistant to the Executive Director of the National Association of Attorneys General. Prior to joining the firm, she served as the Assistant General Counsel for the 2004 Republican National Convention.

Ms. Lombardy currently serves as the Legislative Liaison to the Products Liability/Mass Tort Section of the New Jersey Bar Association and lectures in the area of toxic tort litigation.
