Larry Green is a former prosecutor with the Bronx District Attorney's Office where he tried numerous cases to verdict, conducted all aspects of investigations, and obtained indictments to provide justice for crime victims.
Mr. Green has used this experience to transition his practice and is now a civil trial lawyer. He has extensive experience in professional liability, construction defect, New York Labor Law and general liability cases. Mr. Green’s general liability cases have included high exposure permanent disability and wrongful death claims which have been favorably resolved. He also defends professionals including architects, engineers, insurance brokers, and attorneys and his pro active approach has resulted in favorable outcomes for his clients including numerous cases which have been dismissed on motion.
Mr. Green received his Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Florida State University in 2006, where he was a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and a Chief Justice of the National Pan Hellenic Greek Council. Mr. Green received a juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2010, where he graduated cum laude. While at the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Green was a student senator, member of the prestigious Children and Youth Law Clinic where he represented former foster care youth, President of the International Law Society, recipient of the Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton Litigation Skills scholarship, Deans Merit Scholar and Articles Editor of the Race and Social Justice Law Review.
