Ms. Duffy has an active litigation practice, focusing on the areas of general liability defense, complex commercial litigation, and professional liability.
Ms. Duffy graduated cum laude from DeSales University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business. At DeSales, she was a four-year member of the women's basketball team, serving as co-captain her senior year. Ms. Duffy received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2018, where she served as co-Editor in Chief of the Women's Rights Law Reporter and as a Clinical Law Student in the Rutgers Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic. She also interned for the Union County Prosecutor's Office and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Prior to joining O'Toole Scrivo, Ms. Duffy served as the judicial law clerk to the Hon. Frank J. DeAngelis, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part.
