Mr. Johnson’s litigation practice focuses in the areas of complex litigation and general liability defense.

Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and American Studies from the State University of New York at Geneseo, and his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Stephanie A. Mitterhoff J.S.C. and as a legal intern for the Jersey City Department of Law. During law school, Mr. Johnson was a research fellow for the Seton Hall University School of Law Center for Policy and Research, where he traveled to Guantanamo Bay to observe and report on detainee trials. Prior to joining O’Toole Scrivo, Mr. Johnson served as law clerk to the Honorable Peter F. Bariso Jr. A.J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
