O’Toole Scrivo, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew Gimigliano who joins the Firm as Of Counsel. Andy joins the Firm from Lowenstein Sandler P.C., and was formerly with McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP. He is a 2012 graduate of Rutgers Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Law Review. Following law school, Andy served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Jaynee LaVecchia, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Andy brings to the Firm extensive experience in the areas of appellate practice, business litigation, and white collar criminal defense.
